issue 025: making, pushing & breaking boundaries
Between the frenzy of Art Basel Paris and the calm of fall settling in, this week’s art reads are all about the artists making, pushing, and breaking.
Hi artsies,
Another wild week in the world of art. Between the so-called “heist of the century” and Art Basel Paris (plus satellite fairs), the headlines overflowed. And yet, the rest of the art world didn’t slow down one bit.
As the weather cools and our instinct is to do the same, I’m so thankful for the artists who resist that pull—who keep making, keep pushing, and keep breaking. Boundaries, norms, expectations.
But first, I wanted to share my NYC late fall gallery guide! There are some great shows on through the rest of the year. Bundle up and hit the streets!
